Participants learn that while everyone’s grief journey is different, the tumultuous emotions they’ve felt are not only common, they’re normal. One participant reported, “It’s been almost two years and thought I knew everything about it, but this course opened my eyes. It was such a relief to learn that all these bad feelings have a reason, that I’m not going crazy, and that it will eventually get better.”
